NOVA Imaging Report AI: the report ready in seconds

This is the most substantial thing we are bringing to the seminar, and the one we most want you to see for yourself.

NOVA Imaging Report AI turns the radiologist’s work on the study — the measurements, the marked findings, the dictation, the template for that exam type — into a structured, coherent report in a matter of seconds. The physician stops fighting the keyboard and goes back to the one thing nobody else can do: read the image and decide.

What matters is where it lives: inside the reading workflow, not in a separate tool. The draft appears where you were already working, it is edited like any other report, it is signed digitally and it goes out with version control. The clinical judgment and the signature remain yours; what disappears is the transcription time.

Critical findings: from the finding to the referring physician, with traceability

A critical finding detected in time but communicated late is still a clinical and medico-legal risk. At the seminar we will show how NOVA Imaging closes that whole loop:

• Flagging the critical finding from the viewer and the report, with escalation based on urgency.
• Targeted notification to the referring physician through the channels the institution already uses, without depending on a phone call nobody recorded.
• Acknowledgment and traceability: who was notified, when, through which channel and who confirmed. Auditable, not anecdotal.
• A tracking dashboard of open critical findings, so none is left unclosed.

The whole AI layer, running in production

The conversation about artificial intelligence in radiology has moved past the stage of the pretty demo. What we are bringing to the seminar is what is running today at real institutions:

• AI report quality control. It compares the signed report against the measurements and findings marked in the study and flags omissions or discrepancies before delivery. A second pair of eyes before signing.
• Real-time inconsistency detection. While the radiologist writes, it flags a measurement, a laterality or a study type that does not match what is marked on the image. The most visible result: a sharp drop in addenda.
• Explaining the report to the patient. In the portal, an AI agent translates the report into plain language, without replacing the medical consultation and without putting that task on the service.

And the rest of the platform, faster
